First make sure that you are not on the Guest wifi. (if you are on your laptop) Guest wifi will not see the school printers so you will need to change it to WP Wifi. If you are on your desktop you are wired in and go right to the first step of adding the printer.
Go to the SEARCH BAR on the bottom left of your screen and type in printer. Then click on open.
This will open the printer and scanner manager. Click on ADD DEVICE
When you see the Ricoh-FindMe on PRINT1 click on ADD DEVICE button. This will add the printer to your computer. You can now close this screen.
Now open the item you would like to print. Click on the print button like normal.
Next click on the Destination drop down menu and click see more.
This will show you the list of devices on your computer. Click on the Ricoh-FindMe on Print1
The destination on your print job is now going to the school printer. You may now print.
