With many issues and everything changing, if you are having issues with your Chromebook or your assignment who do you contact?  Hopefully this can steer you in the right direction.


Things like Chromebook hardware problems, error messages, or connection difficulties, contact helpdesk@wpas.net, or use the helpdesk portal main page. They have the knowledge and access to deal with those issues.


If you can't see an assignment or class, clever badge doesn't work, or for grading issues call or email your teacher for help and guidance. You can do this through the Canvas portal, or you can look in the Skyward Family Access Portal.
